Portland South Waterfront

The downtown cityscape has been changed to include brand new skyscrapers that line the Willamette River. This new urban playground is now known as the South Waterfront Neighborhood. The area comprises of five residential towers that have many different types of living spaces, many parks and transportation options, and an Oregon Health & Science University building that has a tram that gives an overlooking view of Downtown Portland.

Many different professionals worked long hours to make the South Waterfront neighborhood one of the most efficient neighborhoods in the country. The South Waterfront neighborhood incorporated water conservation and energy saving methods in order to minimize the human impact on the environment. The energy efficiency aspect of the residence doesn’t take away from the architectural beauty, and comfort of the towers.
